1. Eligibility for Returns Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective product, you are eligible for a replacement or refund. Please contact our support team with your order details and a photo of the damage within 2-4 days of receiving the product.
Conditions for Return: Items must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging. Returns not meeting these conditions will not be accepted.

2. Refund and Replacement Process Replacement:

Damaged or defective items can be replaced with the same product or another product of equal value, subject to availability.
Refund: If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

3. Payment Policy Payment Modes:

We accept payments via Razorpay and PhonePe, ensuring secure transactions.
Issues with Payments: If you face any issues with payments, please contact Razorpay or PhonePe support directly with your Ticket ID for assistance.

4. Shipping and Handling Third-Party Shipping:

All orders are shipped through our trusted partner, Shiprocket. Delivery timelines depend on your location. Bananza is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping provider.
Return Shipping: For returns due to product damage, Bananza will bear the return shipping costs.

5. Cancellation Policy Order Cancellations:

Orders can be canceled within 12 hours of placing the order. After this window, cancellations may not be possible as the order would have been processed.
Refund for Cancellations: If an order is canceled within the allowed time frame, the full amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
